Returns and Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we are here to assist you with the process. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations. 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed, since you received your order (as indicated by the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. As we are selling hygiene-related products, we cannot offer a refund for used items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirmation stating that we have received the item and are processing the return, depending on the condition of the item when received.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, depending on the condition of the item upon receiving. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. 
  1. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay on their end. 
  1. Contact your bank, as they may have their own processing time. 
  1. If you have completed the above steps and have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@pocketbidet.com, and we will be happy to assist you further. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of the package delivery (as per the delivery date on the tracking record). If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost, and you will not be required to pay any shipping fees.

If you wish to exchange the item for color or bundle preferences, please email us at support@pocketbidet.com. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item for the exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. 

For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
